For the presentation :

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples ;
  • 150 g sugar ;
  • 3 eggs ;
  • 150 g flour ;
  • Cinnamon powder ;
  • 150 g melted butter ;
  • 1/2 sachet yeast ;
  • Brown sugar.
  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  • 2- Whisk together the sugar and eggs. Add the flour, cinnamon, melted butter and yeast.

  • 3- Peel and chop the apples.

  • 4- Butter and flour a cake tin.

  • Step 5: Add 1/3 of the mixture, then 1/3 of the apples... Repeat 2 times.

  • 6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 45 minutes.

  • Stage 7: Check doneness by pricking the cake in the center; the blade should be dry.
