Founded in 1993 with just two employees, Panibois was born out of a desire to innovate in the face of a lack of suitable solutions for craftsmen in the food industry. Far from settling for the status quo, the company created its own market by developing the first baking molds in natural wood, a revolutionary advance for the bakery-pastry sector and many others.

A pioneer in the use of wood for cooking, Panibois has constantly improved its processes to meet customer expectations. In 2001, a key step was taken with the replacement of stapling by innovative gluing, guaranteeing optimum quality and finish.
