The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 220°C, making them compatible with :

  • All oven types;
  • Microwave ;
  • All types of freezers ;

To use the cellulose sheet, first remove the wooden ring around the casserole. Then place the cellulose sheet centered on the top of the casserole, and reposition the wooden ring around it to hold the casserole in place.
Please note that it is recommended not to use the cellulose lid during cooking.
