Courgette, garlic and mozzarella flan
For 1 person - Cooking time: 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C
1 small courgette
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of olive oil
25 g of mozzarella
1 tablespoon of milk
1 tablespoon of fresh herbs (oregano, chervil, parsley, sage, etc. )
Rinse and cut the courgette into cubes. Peel and thinly slice the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and courgette and fry gently for 10 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven.
Beat the eggs and mix them with the diced mozzarella.
Add the milk, herbs, courgette and mix.
Pour the preparation into the Panibois mold and bake in the oven for
20 to 30 minutes.
